Cauliflower Stir-Fry

Hello! This is my Cauliflower Recipe for this Week. It is a very simple Cauliflower Stir-Fry with Chicken Thigh.


Ingredients Needed:


1 Cauliflower Head


1 Chicken Thigh


1 Tablespoon of Chickpeas


2 Teaspoons of Paprika Powder. 


2 Teaspoons of Pepper

2 Teaspoons of Salt


50 Grams of Paprika of any Colour.


10ml of Olive Oil


Instructions:

1. Season the Chicken Thigh with Salt and Pepper.


2. Put the Chicken Thigh into the Oven for 15 minutes or until Golden Brown.

3. While the Chicken Thigh is cooking, Boil the Cauliflower for 8 minutes.



4. Then, Pan-Sear the Cauliflower and Paprika for 2 minutes each side.

5. After taking out the Chicken Thigh, Slice the Chicken Thigh finely.


6. Then Plate, the Cauliflower, Chicken Thigh and Paprika freely!


Caprese Salad

This Week's first Recipe is an Italian Caprese Salad, which will take you to the Streets of Rome!



Ingredients Needed:

50ml of Basil Pesto


4 Medium-Sized Cherry Tomatoes


10ml of Balsamic Sauce


2 Pieces of Buffalo 
Mozzarella


1 Tablespoon of Pine Nuts


15ml of Olive Oil


15 Grams of Parmesan Cheese


Instructions:


1. Create Parmesan Cheese Shavings and leave it to the side.




2. Cut the Cherry Tomatoes in half horizontally.



3. Put the Basil Pesto freely on the Plate.



4. Put the Tomatoes on top of the Basil Pesto.



5. Put the Bottom Half of the Tomatoes first and gently on top of that put the Buffalo Mozzarella.


6. Put the Basil Pesto on top of the Mozzarella and then put the top Half of the Tomato.


7. Put Balsamic Sauce and Pine Nuts for Garnish.


 


8. Lastly, put the Parmesan Cheese Shavings!

How to Grow Cauliflower!

Welcome Back to the  Second Post of the week! In this Post, We will learn on How to Grow Cauliflower!


Cauliflower during Seeding


Seeding Process:

1. Before planting the seed, soak the seed in warm water for 2-10 minutes, then cool down the seed itself for 5-10 minutes.


2. Also soak the seed with Organic Pesticides.


3. Soak the seed again with Tricoderma, PGPR() and an organic mixture for 10-12 hours. The composition of all three solutions should be in a 1: 1: 1 ratio.


4. Then proceed to cool down until a white liquid is gone.



Young Cauliflower


Seedling Process:

1. Two weeks before Seedling, prepare the seedling media which is a combination of sand, compost, dirt and charcoal husks.


Mix the mixture until it is homogeneous in a 1:1:1:1 ratio.


Spray the media with Organic Pesticides for 3 days.


Put the Tricoderma, PGPR and organic mixture together with the mixture above for two weeks.


2. Prepare the tray and put the homogeneus media.


Plant the seeds in the tray with preferably one or two seeds for a five centimetre diameter.


Close the tray with a soft media.


Be sure to water the plants routinely but not excessively.


Protect the seedling tray with a screen.


Ground Treatment:


Ground Treatment is also done two weeks before planting.


1. The ground dirt is mixed with a rotary tractor.


2. Then create a 120 centimetre square to lay it out on.


3. Also spread the composite using 10 kilograms of compost for every meter.


4. Spray the pesor on the mixture, let it stay for three days, then mix it with the Tricoderma mixture.


Planting:


1. The seed is planted when the seed already has one or two leaves coming out or after 14 days of seedling.


2. The optimal range for planting one seed is 40 centimetres x 60 centimetres.


3. After that spray the plants with a Vegetative POC.


Growth of Plant:


1. Water the plants daily when small. Although when it is larger it should be watered two or three times daily. it is recommended to use a hose for planting.


2. Spray the plants weekly with the Vegetative POC with a ratio of 10cc for every litre of water. This is to get rid of the pests.


3. If the plant is near the seedbed already has weeds, clean the weeds by taking out the grass so that no roots grow further.


4. For this Specific Growth Type, Plant MerryGold Plants in the vicinity to ensure that no Insects come near the Plants.


Cauliflower Ready to Harvest!


Harvest:

1. Between twenty-five and thirty-five days the plant can be harvested. The more days it stays in the ground the larger the plant itself.


2. Harvesting is simple, just take the roots out of the ground and it is done!

Week 5: Cauliflower

Yes, this is for Real as this Week we will also have two Ingredients! The second Ingredient for this Week is Cauliflower!

Fun Facts about Cauliflower:

1. Cauliflower is a part of the Cabbage Family, another Vegetable we will cover later on!


2. A Cauliflower Plant also has a life cycle of one year, meaning it is an annual plant.


3. China are the largest exporters of Cauliflower in the whole world.


4. There are also many colors of Cauliflower which are Green, White, Yellow, Orange, Purple and Brown.


5. Cauliflower is also created from seeds and surprisingly, tissue transplants!


6. A Cauliflower can be harvested as fast as 50 days or as long as 265 days, depending on the variety of the Cauliflower.




Nutritional Facts about Cauliflower:
Cauliflower can help prevent multiple different types of Cancer such as Prostate and Bladder Cancer. Cauliflower is also an Ingredient which is very high in Antioxidants and Vitamin C. Cauliflower is also very high in Vitamin K and Cauliflower can also help our Cardiovascular System.

Week 5: Basil

Hello Everybody,Welcome Back to the Blog! This week, We have the Main Ingredient of Basil!



To get you started, here are some fun facts about Basil:

1. The height of a Basil can range from 30 centimetres to 130 centimetres in height. 

2. A Basil's life cycle usually only lasts a year.


3. Basil also repels insects and it is shown that Basil is poisonous towards Mosquitoes.


4. Basil can be eaten either in it's original form or a dried form, which is used to create mainly sauces.


5. The Basil Flower itself is also pollinated by Insects, it then turns into a dry fruit called "achene".


6. Usually, Basil is used as a Savory Ingredient, although due to it's versatility, Basil can also be used for some Sweet Dish preparations such as for Ice Cream and Chocolate.




Nutritional Facts of Basil:
Basil can also be used as medicine for some diseases such as anxiety and depression. Basil is also very rich in Vitamin A, Vitamin C and Vitamin K. Although Basil is also very rich in minerals such as Iron and Magnesium.

Zucchini Roll

This Article is an Article about the Daikon and Chicken Bites, this is a very easy Recipe and can be done quickly.



Ingredients Needed:

1 Whole Shaved Zucchini


25 Grams of Feta Cheese

10ml of Olive Oil


5 Grams of Olive Tapenade


1 Stalk of Dill


1 Sliced Radish

Instructions:

1. Saute the Zucchini Slices for 2 minutes on each side.




2. Combine the Feta Cheese and Olive Tapenade to create a Paste.




3. Roll the Paste into the Zucchini Slices




4. Add a sliced Radish and Dill for Garnish.

Planting and Growing Zucchini

Hello Everybody! Well, this is How to Plant and Grow Zucchini's. The Planting and Growing Process of Zucchini is very similar to the Process of Growing Spinach! Therefore You Guys will have more Practice!

Welcome to my Second Post of the week! The second post of the week is the growing and planting segment of the Plant itself.

This week we have Zucchini, so let's get started!



Zucchini in the Seedling Process

Seeding Process:

1. Before planting the seed, soak the seed in warm water for 5-10 minutes, then cool down the seed itself for 5-10 minutes again.


2. Also soak the seed with Organic Pesticides.


3. Soak the seed again with Tricoderma, PGPR() and an organic mixture for 10-12 hours. The composition of all three solutions should be in a 1: 1: 1 ratio.


4. Then proceed to cool down until a white liquid is gone.

Week 4: Zucchini

Hello Everybody! Welcome to the fourth Week of the Blog! This Week's Ingredient will be Zucchini!




Here are some Fun Facts about Zucchinis:

1.A Zucchini has only 25 calories, which is a very low number compared to other vegetables.


2.The world's largest Zucchini had a length of 69.5 inches, thats 176.53 centimetres. The weight of the Zucchini itself was 65 pounds or 29.4 Kilograms!


3.The nutrients found in Zucchini's could also help cure cancer and heart diseases.


4. Zucchini's also have very high amounts of Potassium.


5. The word Zucchini originated from the word "Zucca" which actually means Squash in Italian.


6. Zucchini Flowers are also edible and are usually fried.


7. A Zucchini also has high amounts of Anti-Oxidants which come from the skin and seeds of the plant.


Basic Information about Zucchinis:

As mentioned above Zucchinis can help cure cancer and heart diseases. Zucchinis are also very high in Vitamin C and manganese. Aside from that Zucchinis also have very little Sodium. The Zucchini Peel is also a very good fibre.
