Vegetable Cold Roll

Hello! This is my recipe of Vegetable Cold Roll, which has the Main Ingredient of Celery. So Enjoy!

Ingredients Needed:



1/2 of Dried Tofu Skin (Can be Easily Bought in Supermarkets)

35 Grams of Celery


2 Stalks of Coriander


1/4 of a Finely Chopped Cucumber


1/4 of a Finely Chopped Carrot


8 Bean Sprouts Chopped in Half


1 Tablespoon of Thai Chili Sauce (Can also be Bought Easily in Supermarkets)


Instructions:


1. Boil the Tofu Skin for 10 minutes or until it is soft. 


2. Neatly put all of the Vegetables on 1/5 of the Tofu Skin.

3. Roll the Tofu Skin and Vegetable.




4. Chop the Tofu Skin Roll into 4 equally-sized pieces



5. When plating, Lay the Roll on the plate then put Coriander on top of the Roll for more Garnish.




6. Pour the sauce into a Saucer and put on the side.
