Arugula Pasta

Hello! This is my first recipe on this Blog, and with the first recipe, I am going to introduce one of my favourite recipes which is also simple called "Salmon with Spinach.


Ingredients Needed:


150 Grams of Ribeye Beef


1 Handful of Arugula


1 Spaghetti Packet


15 Grams of Parmesan Cheese (Shaved)


1 Tablespoon of Salt


1 Tablespoon of Pepper

Instructions:



1. Season the Ribeye Steak with Salt, Pepper and Olive Oil.


2. Pan-Sear the Steak for 2 minutes on each side or until it has reached the cooking temperature of Medium. 



3. Rest the Steak for 4 minutes so all the juices stay in!


4. Slice the Steak into thin slices.


5. Boil the Spaghetti for 9 minutes or until it is soft.

6. Sear the Spaghetti with Olive Oil and Arugula.

7. To Plate, Put the Steak on the Bottom of the Plate, and create a Spaghetti Twirl on top of it.


8. For Garnish, Shave the Parmesan Cheese!
