Kimchi Burger

Hello Everybody, In this Article we will be cooking one of my favourite dishes, a Kimchi Burger!


Ingredients Needed:


100 Grams of Ground Meat


1 Tablespoon of Onions


2 Tablespoons of Gochujang Sauce (Can be Bought in Supermarkets)


1/2 of an Onion


2 Burger Buns


2 Stalks of Cabbage


1 Tablespoon of Sour Cream


2 Tablespoons of Salt and Pepper


Instructions:


1. Mix the White Cabbage with the Gochujang Sauce to create Kimchi.




2. Shape the Ground Meat into Round Burger Patties.


3. Put the Kimchi on top of the Burger Patties. 

4. Gently roll the Meat over to cover the Kimchi, so that the Kimchi stays inside the Meat.





5. Season the Burger with Salt and Pepper. Then Pan-Sear for 4 minutes on each side, as the Meat is very thick.

6. Finely Chop the Onions and Saute until the Onions obtain a Caramelised Colour. 

7. Spread the Sour Cream in the Top Burger Bun.




8. Add Celery or Arugula and Tomato as a Garnish!
