Shrimp Cocktail


Hello Everybody! This is Going to be the Last Article of This Blog! Therefore Let's End the Blog with One of My Favourite Dishes which is a Shrimp Cocktail!



Ingredients Needed:


5 Pieces of Shrimp

100 Grams of Cabbage

1/2 Finely Chopped Pickles

2 Tablespoons of Onions

3 Teaspoons of Sour Cream

1 Stalk of Coriander

1/2 Finely Chopped Avocado

1 Teaspoon of Tabasco Sauce

2 Tablespoons of Tomato Sauce


Instructions:

1. Mix the Onions, Pickles, Tomato Sauce,Sour Cream and Coriander to create a Sauce.



2. Add the Cabbage and Avocado into the Mixture and Mix Well.

3. Boil the Shrimp for 1.5 Minutes on Each Side until it turns Pink.

4. To Start Plating, Put the Cabbage and Avocado Mixture into the Bowl and Spread Evenly.



5. Carefully Put the Shrimp on top of the Cabbage and Avocado Mixture.



6. Add Lemon and Coriander for Garnish!


Mixed Bean Salad

For the Penultimate Article, I have chosen a very Healthy Recipe, which is a Mixed Bean Salad. This Recipe is very easy to make and great for diets!


Ingredients Needed:

1 Slice of Red Onion


2 Tablespoons of Chickpeas


2 Tablespoons of Green Beans .


2 Tablespoons of Black Beans


2 Tablespoons of Edamame Beans


1/2 Slice Cucumber 


50 Grams of Feta Cheese

2 Tablespoons of Kidney Beans


10ml of Olive Oil


1 Lemon for Seasoning 

Instructions:

1. Boil the Chickpeas, Kidney Beans and Black Beans for a total of 20-35 minutes.


2. Put the Beans into Ice Water to Soak, to stop the Cooking Process.

3. Boil the Edamame Beans and the Green Beans for 7-10 minutes in Salt Water.

4. Also put the Edamame and Bean Snaps in Ice Water and Peel the Edamame Beans after Cooking.

5. After the Cooking Process, Put the Green Beans on the bottom of the plate and scatter the other Beans around the plate for a variety of Colours.




6. Add Feta Cheese and Red Onions on top of the Dish.


7. Finally, for Seasoning the Dish, Squeeze half of a lemon for some Acidity!

Pumpkin 3 Ways

Hello! This is arguably the Hardest Recipe on this Blog, although it is by far the best looking dish on the Blog!


Ingredients Needed:


1/2 of a Pumpkin 


1/8 of a Watermelon


10ml of Balsamic Oil


1 Tablespoon of Salt


1 Tablespoon of Honey


1/6 of a Lemon


10ml of Chicken Stock


10ml of Water


2 Pieces of Coriander

1 Piece of Arugula

Instructions:

1. Create a Pumpkin Puree, by Sautéing the Pumpkin for 10 minutes and gradually adding Chicken Stock and Water.




2. Pan-Sear the Watermelon for 1 minute on each side.

3. Cut the Pumpkin into any Shapes that you wish to have.



4. Blowtorch 1 piece of the Pumpkin to add caramelisation.

5. Creatively, put the Pumpkin pieces however you wish.


6. Add Coriander and Arugula for Garnish.


7. Add Balsamic Sauce into a Watermelon piece through a syringe.

Planting and Growing Green Beans!

Welcome to one of the Last Posts of the Planting Program! Today it is going to be about Green Beans!

Seeding Process:


1. Before planting the seed, soak the seed in warm water for 2-10 minutes, then cool down the seed itself for 5-10 minutes again.


2. Also soak the seed with Organic Pesticides.


3. Soak the seed again with Tricoderma, PGPR() and an organic mixture for 10-12 hours. The composition of all three solutions should be in a 1: 1: 1 ratio.


4. Then proceed to cool down until a white liquid is gone.



Young Green Beans

Ground Treatment:

Ground Treatment is also done two weeks before planting.


1. The ground dirt is mixed with a rotary tractor.


2. Then create a 120 centimetre square to lay it out on.


3. Also spread the composite using 10 kilograms of compost for every meter.


4. Spray the pesor on the mixture, let it stay for three days, then mix it with the Tricoderma mixture.


Planting:


1. The seed is planted when the seed already has one or two leaves coming out or after 14 days of seedling.


2. The optimal range for planting one seed is 20 centimetres x 20 centimetres.


3. After that spray the plants with a Vegetative POC.


Green Beans after 50 Days


Growth of Plant:

1. Water the plants daily when small. Although when it is larger it should be watered two or three times daily. it is recommended to use a hose for planting.


2. Spray the plants weekly with the Vegetative POC with a ratio of 10cc for every litre of water. This is to get rid of the pests.


3. If the plant is near the seedbed already has weeds, clean the weeds by taking out the grass so that no roots grow further.



Green Beans Ready to Harvest!


Harvest:

1. Between Seventy and Eighty days the plant can be harvested. The more days it stays in the ground the larger the plant itself.


2. Harvesting is simple, just take the roots out of the ground and it is done!


3.With Green Beans you can do Three Total Harvests! With each Harvest having an interval of 2 Days!

Planting and Growing Lettuce!

Welcome to the post on How to Grow Lettuce. Without further ado, let's get started!

Seeding Process:


1. Before planting the seed, soak the seed in warm water for 5-10 minutes, then cool down the seed itself for 5-10 minutes again.


2. Also soak the seed with Organic Pesticides.


3. Soak the seed again with Tricoderma, PGPR() and an organic mixture for 10-12 hours. The composition of all three solutions should be in a 1: 1: 1 ratio.

1. Two weeks before Seedling, prepare the seedling media which is a combination of sand, compost, dirt and charcoal husks.


Mix the mixture until it is homogeneous in a 1:1:1:1 ratio.


Spray the media with Organic Pesticides for 3 days.


Put the Tricoderma, PGPR and organic mixture together with the mixture above for two weeks.


2. Prepare the tray and put the homogeneus media.


Plant the seeds in the tray with preferably one or two seeds for a five centimetre diameter.


Close the tray with a soft media.


Be sure to water the plants routinely but not excessively.


Protect the seedling tray with a screen.

Ground Treatment:

Ground Treatment is also done two weeks before planting.


1. The ground dirt is mixed with a rotary tractor.


2. Then create a 120 centimetre square to lay it out on.


3. Also spread the composite using 5kilograms of compost for every meter.


4. The optimal range for planting one seed is 40 centimetres x 40 centimetres with a depth of 20 centimetres.

Planting:

1. The seed is planted when the seed already has one or two leaves coming out or after 14 days of seedling.


2. After that spray the plants with a Vegetative POC.


3.The optimal range for one planting is 200 centimetres x 200 centimetres.

4. Also create a solution for the Spraying of Pumpkin which consists of Fermented Bamboo, Fermented Bananas and Clean Water. Cover this With the Pumpkin for two more Weeks.

Growth of Plant:

1. Water the plants daily when small. Although when it is larger it should be watered two or three times daily. it is recommended to use a hose for planting.


2. Spray the plants weekly with the Vegetative POC with a ratio of 10cc for every litre of water. This is to get rid of the pests.


3. If the plant is near the seedbed already has weeds, clean the weeds by taking out the grass so that no roots grow further.


4. Pumpkin should also be grown in very moist places. Also Plant MerryGold Plants to ensure that there will be no intrusive Insects.

Harvest:


1. Between three and five months the plant can be harvested. The more days it stays in the ground the larger the plant itself.


2. Harvesting is simple, just take the roots out of the ground and it is done! Although Pumpkin has a very delicate texture so be careful!

Week 11: Green Beans

Wait, What? Why are there Three Ingredients for This Week? Well, Since this is the Last Week of the Blog, I have decided to make it more Special! This is the last ever Ingredient to be featured on the Blog, so enjoy!



Fun Facts about Green Beans:

1. Green Beans grow in a Bush that can vary from 20 Centimetres to 51 Centimetres in size!

2. Surprisingly, Green Beans also produce flowers in the Colour of Red, Pink and White.

3. The Greatest Producer of Green Beans are China with 15 Million TONNES of Beans produced every year.

4. The Leaves of the Green Beans are also covered with hair, to trap Bugs.

5. Green Beans also cannot be eaten raw, Instead they must be boiled.

6. There are also almost 130 different varieties of Green Beans!



Nutritional Facts of Mint:
Green Beans are very high in all of the Vitamin B's, Vitamin C and Vitamin K. Green Beans are also very rich in the Minerals of Magnesium and Manganese. Most Importantly, it is also high in Carbohydrates and Proteins! Which is Great for a Diet!

Week 11: Lettuce


Alongside Pumpkins, This Week has the Ingredient of Lettuce!



Fun Facts about Lettuce:

1. The Size of Lettuce can vary from 15 to 40 Centimetres!

2. Lettuce commonly comes in the Colour of Green, although it can also come in the Colour of Yellow, Gold, Red or even Blue!

3. Lettuce can also be grown in both Water and Land!

4. There are many Varieties of Lettuce which include the Iceberg and Romaine Lettuce.

5. Lettuce also is a yearly plant, meaning it's plant survives for precisely one year!


6. For Food, Lettuce is commonly used to wrap other Ingredients!



Nutritional Facts of Lettuce:
Lettuce has many Vitamins such as Vitamin A, B9 and C.  Besides that Lettuce is also very high in Minerals such as Calcium and Copper. Although all of the Minerals and Vitamins of Lettuce are contained in the Leaf Part, whereas the Plant only has fibres!

Week 11: Pumpkin

Hi Everyone! This Week, Pumpkin is going to be our next Chosen Ingredient!



Fun Facts about Pumpkin:

1. Pumpkins are mostly Orange, Although they can be in the Color of either Yellow, Red, White or Green. 


2. Pumpkins are also often classified as a fruit, although after it is cooked it is more known as a Vegetable!


3. Around 450 Million Kg of Pumpkin is produced in the U.S.A alone!


4. The Average Weight of a Pumpkin is 6 Kilograms. Although some Pumpkins can go over 450 Pounds in Weight.


5. Pumpkin's are also a versatile Ingredient, as they can be used in both Sweet and Savoury Dishes.


6. As most of you also may know, Pumpkin is the Symbol of Halloween.




Nutritional Facts of Pumpkin:
Pumpkin is very rich in Vitamins A,C and D. Calcium and Iron are also prominent Minerals in Pumpkins. Pumpkins are also very high in Protein, although they also contain a large amount of Carbohydrate!
