Lamb 2 Ways

Hi Everyone! This dish is one of the most complicated dishes in the Blog, although it is definitely worth the hassle. This is my Lamb 2 Ways.

Ingredients Needed:

1 Lamb Cutlet

1 Lamb Loin

20ml of Red Wine & Mint Reduction

(Reduce Red Wine for 30 minutes until there is a thick consistency and add Mint)

10 Blueberries

5 Stalks of Mint

10 Grams of Thyme

10ml of Olive Oil

1 Tablespoon of Salt and Pepper

5 Cherry Tomatoes

1 Crouton

Instructions:

1. Marinade the Lamb with Salt, Pepper and Olive Oil for 30 minutes.

2. Pan-Sear the Lamb Loin for 3 minutes each side, and the Lamb Cutlet for 1.5 minutes each side.

3. Then after Pan-Searing, rest the Lamb for 6-8 minutes.

4. Put the Cherry Tomatoes in the Oven for 3 minutes.

5. To Plate, freely put the Sauce on one side. Then put the Lamb Cutlet near the Sauce.

6. Cut the Lamb Loin into multiple slices.

7. Add the Cherry Tomato.

8. For Garnish, Add the Blueberries and Mint on top of the Lamb. Also put a Crouton on top of the Lamb Cutlet!
