Scallop & Horenso Salad

Today's Recipe is also another very simple Recipe which is a Scallop Salad with Horenso.



Ingredients Needed:

3 Pieces of Scallops


5 Pieces of Horenso


10ml of Olive Oil 


1 Handful of Pine Nuts


1 Tablespoon of Onions


1 Tablespoon of Garlic


1 Tablespoon of White Sesame


1 Teaspoon of Paprika Powder


10ml of Olive Oil

1 Tablespoon of Honey

1 Teaspoon of Salt and Pepper

Instructions:

1. Season the Scallops with Paprika Powder, Salt and Pepper.



2. Pan-Sear the Scallop for 30 Seconds on each Side.




3. Combine Onions, Garlic, Salt, Pepper, Olive Oil and Lemon Juice to create the Dressing. Add honey as the last Ingredient.



4. Put the Horenso on the Bottom of the Plate, and Drizzle the Dressing above the Horenso.




5. Sprinkle Pine Nuts for Garnish.



6. Gently put the Scallops above the Horenso.
