Beet Carpaccio

Hello! This is my Beet Carpaccio Recipe!



Ingredients Needed:

2 Whole Beets (Top Cut Off and Skin Shaved Off)


5 Cashew Nuts


10 Grams of Blue Cheese


50 Grams of Mixed Berries


20 ml of Red Wine Vinegar

8 Croutons


1 finely Chopped Coriander

Instructions:

1. Sous-Vide the Beets for 3 hours at 85 Degrees.




2. After the Sous-Vide Process thinly Cut the Beets into very thin slices.

3. Use a Moulder, and make the Beets into a circular shape.




4. Neatly, put the thinly slice Beets and create a circular shape.



5. Slice the Blue Cheese into rectangular shapes and add croutons and cashews for Garnish.




6. Add finely chopped Coriander for Garnish!
