Mixed Bean Salad

For the Penultimate Article, I have chosen a very Healthy Recipe, which is a Mixed Bean Salad. This Recipe is very easy to make and great for diets!


Ingredients Needed:

1 Slice of Red Onion


2 Tablespoons of Chickpeas


2 Tablespoons of Green Beans .


2 Tablespoons of Black Beans


2 Tablespoons of Edamame Beans


1/2 Slice Cucumber 


50 Grams of Feta Cheese

2 Tablespoons of Kidney Beans


10ml of Olive Oil


1 Lemon for Seasoning 

Instructions:

1. Boil the Chickpeas, Kidney Beans and Black Beans for a total of 20-35 minutes.


2. Put the Beans into Ice Water to Soak, to stop the Cooking Process.

3. Boil the Edamame Beans and the Green Beans for 7-10 minutes in Salt Water.

4. Also put the Edamame and Bean Snaps in Ice Water and Peel the Edamame Beans after Cooking.

5. After the Cooking Process, Put the Green Beans on the bottom of the plate and scatter the other Beans around the plate for a variety of Colours.




6. Add Feta Cheese and Red Onions on top of the Dish.


7. Finally, for Seasoning the Dish, Squeeze half of a lemon for some Acidity!
